Complete HVAC Services have recently been involved in the refurbishment of Oxford Brookes University. On this prestigious project, we were asked by our client to assist them with final snagging, witnessing and handover of the BMS control systems.
We worked as an integrated part of the client's team to deliver the University’s requirements with regard to the plant and ventilation systems. As part of the project, we streamlined various parts of the BMS, and improved control of the windows in certain areas. The building has won various awards for its approach to green technologies, which include CHP (Combined Heat and Power), Solar Power, Rain Water Harvesting and Natural Ventilation by BMS control of windows, vents, and chimney stacks.
